Entry is allowed only to those who have reached 21 years old and at the same time has a decent appearance. Therefore, the chances of meeting crazy youth here are reduced to zero.
The entrance to Plyazhnik is either free or very low cost, but the bar and the meals here are much more expensive than in the other nightclubs we reviewed. But you are always sure to get good drinks here — the place values its reputation. By the way, those who like high quality alcohol prefer going to this nightclub. People come to this place to rest and relax, but within the limits of decency. In particular, there is no one staring at girls.
“When I go to Plyazhnik I do not feel like a piece of meat half of the visitors stare at. I am also very pleased that there are practically no Turks here; the other Arcadia clubs are full of them”, said Oksana from Odessa, a frequent guest of the nightclub.
Another advantage of Plyazhnik is its security. The guards are everywhere, they do not allow fights, and do not allow other guests bothering with the girls. “Cons” of the place are its small area, unguarded parking, long queues for entry and exit. Club location is not really comfortable.
Morgan Club
Captain Morgan Club has a doubtful reputation of one of unsafe places of night Odessa. Among clubbers, this place is known for its bad reputation, and also for dancing at the bar counter.

But in the end such parties can lead to fights, as young people often drink more than they should. It is known that fighting in Captain Morgan is not uncommon. So, on 2012 New Year’s Eve, a guy was injured in the fight near the club; he later died from a severe head injury.
“After my friends told me about the murder, I stopped going to Captain Morgan, because I value my life. You can be not guilty of anything, but just get in trouble with the drunken person and lose your life. Odessa is a big city. There are other good places where you can relax safely,” says a former client of the club who wished to remain incognito.
Natalya, a very bright girl who frequently goes to Captain Morgan, says that more than once man started fighting in the club because of her. “Yes, it was the case that two guys could not decide their issues and started to beat each other because of me. The funniest is that the guards simply took them out and left them outside to continue the fight”.
But sometimes in this club you can relax in peace. For example, in small lounge-rooms. Odessa DJs regularly play at the club, but real concerts are rarely held here.
Praetoria

In TRUEman, there are drawers where you can put your things, but their safety is poorly controlled — they often get lost. “The guards do not even let you close to the drawers, explaining that you can steal somebody’s things. And you have to prove that you take your bag. They could use locks — everything is open, only the guards are standing,” Artyom, who visits TRUEman, rarely because of such inconveniences, complains. Also, many visitors note that it may be very smoky and stuffy if there are a lot of people inside. At the same time, TRUEman attracts with its prices, and peaceful and relaxing atmosphere; there are very few fights here.
